Bonmart Enterprise Corp., established in 1987, specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of complete cosmetic PE tube production equipment. Our product line includes extruders, printing machines, heading machines, capping machines, and hot stamping machines. With manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and China, our experienced R&D and engineering teams ensure consistent machine quality and continuous technological innovation.

Over the past 30 years, Bonmart has sold its equipment to over 40 countries worldwide, providing comprehensive services including technology transfer, cost analysis, factory layout planning, trial production, machine installation, operator training, and after-sales support.

COMPANY HISTORY

1987 - 1999The foundation is

1987
- Our company was founded. Single-Layer Extruder (speed: 4m/min), Shuttle Injection Heading M/C, 4 Color Printing M/C and Coating M/C (speed: 40 pcs/min: independent from the printing machine) were developed.
1988
- After the successful development, we produced and sold Single-Layer Extruder, Shuttle Injection Heading M/C, 4 Color Printing M/C, Coating M/C and related moulds for PE tubes production.
1996
- We put our emphasis on developing Single-Layer Extruder (speed: 6-8 m/min), 4/6 Color Printing, Coating & Drying M/C (speed: 60-80 pcs/min), Automatic Drilling, Al. Foil Sealing & Capping M/C, and other additional equipments.
1997
- Single-Layer Extruder (speed: 6-8 m/min), 4/6 Color Printing, Coating & Drying M/C (speed: 60-80 pcs/min), Automatic Drilling and Al. Foil Sealing & Capping M/C (speed: 40 pcs/min) were produced and sold.
1998
- We preceded developing Two-Layer Extruder, Multi-Layer Extruder and High Speed 6 Color Printing M/C.
1999
- Development of Two/Multi-Layer Extruder was finished and these two types of machines were produced and sold, a milestone for our company.

2000 - 2024Deeply cultivate the

2000
- New 6 Color Printing and Coating & Drying M/C were finally developed and produced.
2002
- Set up machinery factory in Xiamen China especially for China market and establish tube producing and training center.
2005
- Single-Layer High Speed Extruder (speed: 13-16 m/min), Automatic Drilling and Al. Foil Sealing & Capping Machine (speed: 60 pcs/min) were upgraded and sold.
2007
- Automatic Heading machine, High Speed Multi-Layer Extruder (Speed = 20m/min).
2008
- Mainly ambition is to obtain all of equipment to be in automatic line to reduce the production cost.
2009
- Up to now, we have sold more than 200 production lines to more than 30 countries worldwide. From now on, we will pay more efforts to research and develop more advanced equipments for packaging industry of PE tubes.
2011
- Launched 8-Color printing machine (60-80 pcs/min), fully automatic heading machine (40 pcs/min) and high speed capping machine (100 pcs/min).
2014
- Launched Auto Hot Stamping Machine (50 pcs/min), Auto Silk Screen Printing Machine (60 pcs/min).
2015
- Launched Automatic High Speed Tube Production Line (120 pcs/min), 5 Colors Silk Screen Printing Machine (60 pcs/min).
2016
- Launched 6 Cavities Automatic Injection Heading Machine (60 pcs/min).
