The customer in India initially had no prior experience in tube manufacturing. Bonmart provided comprehensive turnkey support, helping the client successfully enter the soft tube industry from an entirely different business background.
We assisted in planning and setting up a full five-stage production line, which includes an extrusion machine, heading machine, printing machine, capping machine, and hot stamping machine.
Beyond equipment supply, Bonmart offered end-to-end services such as cost analysis, factory layout planning, auxiliary equipment integration, technical training, installation & test runs, and complete after-sales support—ensuring the customer could confidently launch production from scratch.
After their business stabilized and grew, the customer returned to Bonmart to purchase an additional five-layer co-extrusion machine to further expand capacity.
