Bonmart Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully developed a high-speed extrusion machine, model EDC-16-05, customized to meet the specific requirements of a Japanese customer. As extrusion is the first step in the PE tube production process, precise control of dimensional tolerance is crucial to ensure seamless integration with downstream processes.
The customer required Bonmart to maintain a cutting length tolerance within ±0.3mm, and also imposed strict quality standards for color changeovers, material changes, and thickness control. Bonmart not only met these high demands but also delivered a machine that runs with exceptional stability, improving overall production efficiency and significantly reducing manufacturing costs.
The customer expressed high satisfaction with the performance, stating that the product quality is on par with their original European equipment, and noted that Bonmart’s extrusion machine has become their primary production equipment, consistently delivering the best quality output. As a result, the customer placed an additional order for another high-speed extrusion machine from Bonmart.
