From Tube Forming to Capping: Bonmart Delivers Fully Integrated Laminate Tube Solutions

A customer in Tanzania required a production solution suitable for laminated tubes, such as those used for toothpaste packaging. Bonmart recommended a horizontal heading machine integrated with an automated in-line system—connecting upstream to the laminated tube forming machine and downstream to the customer’s in-house capping machine.
The system delivers a stable output of 80 pcs per minute, while significantly reducing labor costs and eliminating the need for manual tube arrangement. This design minimizes product handling and contamination risks. Additionally, the system features a tube storage rack and alignment ejector, ensuring all tubes are uniformly oriented and seamlessly transferred to the next process.
Highly praised for its efficiency and reliability, the customer has since installed three full production lines based on this configuration.
