Resilience Through Adversity: Bonmart Supports Russian Tube Manufacturer’s Rise to the Top

The customer’s factory is located in the outskirts of Moscow. Since 2015, Bonmart has been supporting them in production line planning and technical assistance. Starting in 2016, the customer gradually purchased a complete set of equipment from Bonmart, including an extrusion machine, printing machine, horizontal heading machine, and a high-speed capping machine.
The extrusion line is equipped with a Zumbach diameter control system, ensuring high yield and tight dimensional tolerances. Each machine operates independently, allowing flexible response to varying order volumes and sample production. Bonmart also helped the customer establish quality control and inspection procedures to meet the standards of diverse tube orders.
By the time COVID hit, the customer’s monthly output had already reached 3 million tubes. Despite the challenges brought by the Russia–Ukraine war and the withdrawal of foreign companies, the factory rose to become one of the leading local manufacturers in 2024, serving major cosmetic brands and multiple tube factories.
To expand capacity, the customer is adding two more high-speed extrusion machines in the next year.
