The Brazilian client is a fully automated tube manufacturer who required a labeling and capping solution with the following features: automatic tube feeding, torque detection, and defective tube rejection.
Bonmart provided a customized solution based on the FCM-80-01 Labeling Capping Machine, incorporating the following:

• A torque inspection module to monitor the capping torque of each tube in real time.
• Integration with a tube storage and automatic pick-up robot to streamline input.
• A customized program that automatically rejects tubes with incorrect torque via a discharge conveyor, reducing the need for manual inspection before packing.
