The Brazilian customer required the production of pharmaceutical nozzle tubes and aimed to adopt an automated production solution to reduce labor costs and enhance operational safety.

The Brazilian client is a fully automated tube manufacturer who required a labeling and capping solution with the following features: automatic tube feeding, torque detection, and defective tube rejection.

The Mexican customer upholds high standards for tube packaging. To improve production efficiency and reduce time-consuming manual inspection, they sought to optimize the final stage of packaging—the foiling and capping process, which typically requires the most inspection time.

To increase output and reduce labor costs, a Brazilian customer required a printing machine equipped with an automatic tube feeding system, while also seeking to minimize the machine’s footprint.

A leading tube manufacturer in India selected Bonmart’s fully automatic hot stamping machine, which is equipped with nine Yaskawa servo motors for precise motion control. This configuration enables minimal registration deviation, delivering consistently accurate and high-quality stamping results.

Bonmart successfully designed a customized 8-color printing machine for an Indian customer to print on PP-based vitamin tube containers. The project overcame challenges such as wall thickness tolerance and taper variations of PP containers, ensuring that food-grade ink and varnish could adhere consistently to the PP surface—enabling the customer's product to enter the high-end European market.

A customer in Tanzania required a production solution suitable for laminated tubes, such as those used for toothpaste packaging. Bonmart recommended ahorizontal heading machine integrated with an automated in-line system—connecting upstream to the laminated tube forming machine and downstream to the customer’s in-house capping machine.

A customer in Indonesia required a reliable and continuous production solution for manufacturing disposable soft tubes used in hotels. After careful evaluation, Bonmart recommended the RDH-60-02 heading machine, which proved to be a perfect match for the customer’s production needs.

Soft tubes are cylindrical in shape, and precise control of the pressure between the printing blanket and the mandrel is essential to ensure high-quality printing results.
